The Darby Watershed has many informational sources on the web.  The 2001-2002 Biological and Water Quality Study was written by the Ohio EPA in 2004.   This biological study is also known as the Technical Support Document(TSD).   New rules and stream designations were developed based on this testing and were out for public comment in Summer 2006.  These rules have not yet been approved by the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review(JCARR) as of April 2007.  Check out the 2001-2002 Biological and Water Quality Study and the new stream designation rules on the Ohio EPA website.
