Ohio EPA has sampled Sugar Run  subwatershed 19 times at a total of 8 sites since 1990.   There are a few different designated uses for this subwatershed including  Warm Water Habitat(WWH) and Modified Warm Water Habitat(MWH). a. IBI=Index of Biotic Integrity 

b. Mod. Iwb= Modified Index of Well-being

c. Narrative evaluation is used in lieu of Invertebrate Community Index(ICI) for qualitative samples:

VG=Very Good (a non-significant departure from EWH, G=Good, MG=Marginally Good (a non-significant departure from WWH), F=Fair (non-attainment), P=Poor (non-attainment) and VP=Very Poor (non-attainment)

d. QHEI=Qualitative Habitat Evaluation Index
