Watershed Features
1. Streams The headwaters of the Darby Watershed begin in some of the
highest areas of This section of the inventory examines all streams
recognized in the National Hydrography Dataset (NHD) by the USGS which includes
all perennial and most intermittent streams in the watershed.
This stream database is the same set of streams the EPA used when
analyzing the Darby Watershed. Figure
69 illustrates the total number of stream miles analyzed by county and also
includes county maintained ditches. The
